At Peter Nelson Fitness we are committed to offering you transparency in how we aim to look after you on every visit.
We update our risk assessment once a year within guidelines and assess the day to day running of the facility.
All patrons should pre book visits through the app or website
Patrons are asked NOT to enter any staff areas
This facility is a non smoking site both within the building and car parking area. Please smoke on the footpath adjacent to the building.
All visitors are asked to report any accidents to themselves or others, including damage or disrepair to equipment that could prove harmful. We log accidents in our accident report book located on reception.
We do regular fire alarms test na will inform patrons that are in the building of one when planned. If a fire alarm is signalled then please leave the building immediately and meet at the lamppost near the site entrance and car park.
Please make sure you have completed a health screening before attending a visit and update any changes with a member of staff.
Please follow our floor and wall signage for COVID procedures and use of our one way system.
All jackets and gym bags are to be stored in the cupboard area on the ground floor or keep them within your vehicle. Please do not bring valuable items into the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuable items.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Peter Nelson Fitness we are committed to offering you a clear and honest contract.
All Access & Gym Only Subscriptions -
We use GLOFOX for our membership software and subscription service.
We have to add you card details (if paying by card) to this system in order to take payment and set up any subscriptions. If you are paying casually then please let us know if you wish the card details to be removed.
We delete all card details from members that have cancelled and those that haven’t used our facilities in 6 months.
All memberships are a fixed duration rolling subscription of 12 months. This information is available via the app, website or join person at the facility and discussed before accepting / choosing an option.
The monthly subscription is NOT a DIRECT DEBIT and you are NOT tied in contract for the whole term of 12 months.
We do however require a 30 day notice period for cancelling a subscription.
The 30 days must be from the date set for your monthly subscription payment. For example; if your monthly payment is 1st March you must instruct us to cancel this on 1st February for the March payment NOT to go through.
If your monthly payment falls in between the 30 days notice then the following payment WILL go through. For example; if your monthly payment is 1st March and you instruct us on 12th February then the March payment WILL go through. This means that you are entitled to use the facility for that following month.
The membership prices are based on up to 4 weeks staff holidays (closures) per year.
